Clinical Pharmacist is also a qualified Diabetic Educator, Respiratory Educator and Travel Health consultant who is working with the doctors to provide you the best care. We recommend seeing our clinical pharmacist for annual care plan, annual medication review, smoking cessation consultation, if you are newly diagnosed with Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Chronic Kidney disease, Ischemic heart disease, Hypertension.

Manage Your Health

If you are over 65, taking 4 or more medications and have experienced fall(s), cognitive impairment, confusion, incontinence of urine, constipation, diarrhea, you may be experiencing side effects from one of your medications. Please book an appointment to see your doctor or our in-house Clinical Pharmacist ( Paula Edgar), who will review your medications.

Behavioral Health Consultant

Behavioral Health Consultant  sees individuals, couples and families to assist with a wide range of issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Relationship issues, Sleep concerns, Substance abuse, Eating disorders, Chronic pain and illness, Anger management, Lifestyle concerns, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Management Nurse

Chronic Disease Management Nurse is now available for registered patient. If you suffer from chronic illness (e.g, Hypertension, Diabetes, heart disease, Asthma , COPD, Obesity, kidney disease etc) you are encouraged to see the nurse at least  twice each year.
